Connie the trucker.

To continue Connie’s Year of Transport Papa took her out in his lorry. She loved it!

She helped him clean the lorry, inside and out, she was co-driver telling him where to go and she took great joy in waving to the other drivers and having them wave back!

We went in hunt of sheep, we sang some songs and had a great time tooting the horn!
Her favourite part was definitely getting to sit with Papa in the drivers seat! “Get out the way Gaggy! We’re driving!” (Note: she did not drive and she calls my Mum Gaggy)

She was very upset she wasn’t allowed to drive. “Connie, do you want to be a lorry driver when you’re older?” “No. I want to be a lorry driver now, let me drive!”

And of course not hard day of trucking is complete without a truckers breakfast! Thanks Papa!
